After Midnight Sun comes Morning Dew

Morning Dew stood at a pool of water glaring at his handsome reflection, hate in his eyes. His ears were pinned back and eyes blazing as his nostrals quivered and sent ripples across the pool, making the angry, beautiful stallions reflection shimmer.

Midnight Sun stood a little way off, grazing contentidly. He blinked lazily at his twin brother and sighed. He continued grazing.

Lilly galloped straight to where she knew the water was, she was thirsty and a little hungry. She stopped on the hill over looking the plain, she saw two stallions. 'Might be slight trouble' she thought to herself as she trotted down to the stream. Her tail and head held high. She stopped in front of the stream and drank. Aware of the other horses around her.

Morning Dew and Midnight Sun watched the mare as she ran towards the water. They both looked back at each other to glare.

Lilly drank, her eyes glanced to the stallions watching, she didn't care. She raised her head and trotted over to a patch a grass on the other side of the stream.

Dancer looked over a the stream. He trotted over, and saw two angry young stallions and a pretty mare. Wondering if they wanted to talk, he said 'Um... hi?'

'Hi,' Morning dew smiled.
Midnight Sun snorted at the stallion and trudged away to graze.

Lilly looked up. She glanced over to the now 3 stallions. Lilly neighed and walked closer to them, but kept her distance. 'Hello' She said.

Teardrop gave an inwardly huff. Bored. Glancing at her side she noticed several other horses.
'who are they?' she thought. Bending her head a little before trotting her way to the waters
edge.

Lilly reared. She heard another horse, she shook her and went back to graze.

'Hello madam, thy name be Morning Dew.' Dew introduced himself bowing to the mare

Midnight Sun trotted back over and watched the other mare as she came to the creek. He introduced himself as Midnight sun to the stallion and mare.

Dancer want over to Morning Dew and Lilly.
'I'm Dancer,' he said.
He saw another horse approaching.
'Do you know who that is?'

Lilly raised her head and flicked her tail. "I'm Lilly" She said, glancing from stallion to stallion.

'Greeting's Lilly.' Morning Dew bowed his head.
'Hi,' Midnight Sun said.

Lilly nickered "No need for that" She said softly "I am not some royal mare"

'Does not mean you shan't be treated like one.' Morning Dew said confidently.

Lilly looked at him, her head to one side.

Dew blinked and smiled at her.

Lilly smiled, snorted and shook her head. She sighed and started to graze, her tail flicked and her ears pricked.

Dew looked around watching for danger.

Lilly's ears were pricked, aware of her surrondings. She glanced at Midnight Sun and Dew.

(HELLO?)

Midnight Sun started grazing and Morning Dew took the role of watching.

Just going to have dinner, Be right back, don't go!!

Lilly raised her head suddenly. Something was coming and it wasn't other horses.

Teardrop shooked her head trotted towards them. Stopping some meters away from them
she lifted her head. "Hello,"

Lilly snorted and looked up.
