Teardrop catched up with the other horses after some seconds. She liftet her head a little and
snorted again.

Lilly looked ahead, in the distance she could see a small camp set up. She slowed her pace and neighed to Dew and Sun to slow down.

Dancer slowed. He didn't want to be seen until he needed to be.

He could see the horses tied to a railing made of logs pounded into the ground. The looked like they would break with enough force.

'How are we going to do this?' He asked the others

Teardrop slowed to trott and stared at the bounded horses, glad that she wasn't one of them.

Lilly slowed to a walk. Her ears flicked around listening. She walked over to the horses tied up, the grey wasn't there.

Dancer walked over to the horses slowly; the people didn't notice him.

'You are all safe? Where is the grey mare gone?'

Dew and Sun contin ued galloping and circled the camp silently. Dew did a sliding stop and reared, turning around to face 3 bays, a black and 2 grey horses watching them with curious eyes. Dew snorted and whickered quietly, he turned around and galloped off 10 meters then turned suddenly and thundered towards the looming 2 meter post and rail fence. 5 strides, 4 strides, 3 strides, 2 strides, JUMP! He flew towards the fence and barely made it, he landed on the other side and stumbled.
Sun snorted and mimicked his brother, he took off over the jump but his forlegs wrapped painfully over the huge fence, when he landed he fell to the ground. Snorting and groaninng in pain he rose to his feet and looked around the herd for his mother.

Lilly looked around the pen, there, she spotted the gate. Trotting silently towards it, her ears pricked listening for sounds she placed her teeth on the lock. Slowly, slowly she lifted it, so that it made no sound. The gate creaked open and Lilly walked in carefully. She glanced at Dew and Sun then looked around.

Dancer walked through the gate after Lilly. He looked around; there were two greys. He wondered if any of them was the one they were rescuing.

He looked over at Lilly.
'Is she here?'

"Ask Dew or Sun" She said.

Dew chuckled quietly at the other horses 'less impressive' entrance. Dew and Sun herded the tame horses out the gate swiftly and hushed them, Sun looked around again yet could not see their mother. He then spied a hitching post near the cabin and sneaked towards the grey and bay horses that were teathered to the post there. His eyes widened as he noticed that the grey was his dam, he pulled at the quick release knots on both horses and cantered away quietly. As he approached the small herd of tame and wild horses his face lit up with a smile.

Lilly, rolled her eyes and looked about. The gate had locked shut so the only way out was over the fence. 'Easy' She thought. She walked over to the grey mare. "Lets go" She said to both Dew and his Mother.

Maralyn and her colt Sandspit stood in the middle of the confussion, Dingle and Dangle the twin cremellos stood my Maralyn with Diamond Sutro and Kelly the mare and filly and Alita standing near.
Dew and Sun herded them and a few other horses together and charged towards the fence, it was easier than the other one and Dew flew over with ease, yet Sun clipped it with both front and hind legs as he was part lame from the first jump. Some of the other horses followed there lead.

Lilly cantered up to the fence, with ease she jumped it; collecting her feet perfectly. Lilly landed lightly on the other side with a soft thud. She trotted over to the gate, with a swift movement she unlatched the door and pushed it open. She neighed loudly, telling all the captured wild horses to run; they bolted out the open gate. Lilly reared, terror taking her expression as she saw a man running towards them. He reached for his horse and mounted quickly. Lilly screamed and galloped towards him. "Run" She yelled at Dew and Sun. Lilly reared over the man and his horse, ramming into the horse, the man fell off. He scrambled to his feet. Lilly pinned her ears but and bared her teeth. She pawed the ground and snorted. The man grinned, reaching into his belt he pulled out a gun. Lilly was horrified. She galloped towards him, rearing she come down on him. The gun fired, and Lilly fell to the gorund.

Dew screamed and galloped to Lilly. He charged into the man knocking him to the ground and fell next to Lilly.

Lilly neighed and rose to her feet.

Sun watched then galloped away, leading the herd to the wild.
Dew helped Lilly get up and he encoraged her to gallop with him back to the wild.

Lilly grinned. Rearing high, she turned to Dew. "Lets go".

Dew nuzzled Lilly and galloped next to her.

Lilly nuzzled Dew back and galloped on, she could see Sun and tons of other horses running ahead. Picking up the pace she galloped out front.
